Vera Wang's Ladurée collection
French patisserie Ladurée who in the past has worked with a number of high-end fashion designers such as Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and Matthew Williamson to bring limited-edition desserts has teamed up with American fashion designer Vera Wang to launch a new collection of dramatic black and white-themed desserts inspired by Wang’s iconic bridal designs.
Inspired by the iconic bridal designs by American fashion designer Vera Wang, the new desserts; macarons and wedding cake are elegant in their simplicity, both in look and flavour made entirely of white mango and coconut to resemble the corrugated fabric of a wedding gown, and the macarons are made from Chantilly coconut Crème.
A box of six macarons retail for US$24 (RM95), while individual mini-cakes retail for US$20.
The Vera Wang X Ladurée collection is only available in New York City for a limited time
